Richard Goodine

Richard is a Canadian who arrived in Adelaide about eighteen months ago after living in Bangkok for five years. During the past twenty years, Richard has travelled the globe working in both the wine and restaurant industry, rubbing elbows with many great chefs who have helped to shape his culinary philosophy. Richard credits sampling delectable street food from hawkers in Asia to savouring delicacies prepared by Michelin rated chefs from Italy and France for his wide view of what makes food great.

Formerly the head chef at Citrus, Kam is classically trained in fine dining restaurants in Melbourne and Japan. With over sixteen years of preparing contemporary cuisine, he is wildly passionate about food.
